Delivery and Payment
Delivery is carried out by courier within 1-3 days after order confirmation.
Delivery of the last unit is carried out only with full pre-payment.
The cost of delivery within the Moscow Ring Road from 500 rubles, outside the Moscow Ring Road - from 800 rubles. Payment to the courier is made in cash only.
Unpaid orders may be sold to other customers.
The maximum number of delivery of goods with fitting is 6.
You can return the product that did not fit at the time of delivery to our courier, paying only the cost of delivery from 500 rubles.

Delivery is carried out after full payment of the order by the courier service CDEK cdek.ru The cost is calculated individually, depending on the city and the weight of delivery.
If the items do not suit you it is possible to issue a return within 7 days from the date you received the parcel. In this case, the costs of transporting the parcel are borne by the client.

PICKUP

Pickup is carried out in our showroom in Moscow, Metro: M. Kitay-gorod, Khokhlovsky lane 7-9, building 5. We are open daily from 12.00 to 21.00.
Payment is possible in cash or by bank card.
Unpaid orders are reserved for a day, and then can be sold to other customers.

RETURN

1. Terms of return:
- goods purchased in the showroom within 14 calendar days;
- goods purchased in the online store within 7 days.
2. Residents of Moscow can make a return on their own to the address: Moscow, Metro: M. Kitay-gorod, Khokhlovsky lane 7-9 c5 or call a courier (paid service). If you live in other regions, you should send the order using the services of transport companies to the same address (the return expenses are on the client).
3. To process the return, you will need the following documents:
• Copy of passport (2 and 3 pages); • Sales receipt; cash receipt
• Application for return of goods
4. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment for the returned goods was made.
